Hope you are well, in light of our (BCHC) plans to become a Foundation Trust by 2013, I am contacting you to see if you know of any public events that I could tap into for a member of our team to visit/have a stand at etc to promote the process of becoming a Foundation Trust in the Birmingham community. This will be a great opportunity to illustrate our work and to provide the local community in Birmingham a venue to voice their opinions.
In light of this I was looking to identify dates in October, November and December 2011 of events we could attend. I would very much appreciate if you could let me know as soon as possible of any events that would be suitable, please can you forward this email on to your distribution list members.
